August 14, 2012 Class Suspension in Philippines! Due to bad weather and continuous rain, LGU's announced suspension of classes on their respective areas. Latest weather bulletin from PAGASA says, at 1:00 p.m. today, 14 August 2012, the center of Tropical Storm "HELEN" was located based on satellite and surface data at 260 km East Southeast of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan(17.0°N, 124.4°E).
